Gmail login inbox messages

Here are the steps to access your Gmail inbox and view your messages:

Step 1: Go to Gmail

Open a web browser and navigate to www.gmail.com.

Step 2: Enter your email address and password

Enter your Gmail email address and password in the respective fields. If you have 2-Step Verification enabled, you may need to enter a verification code sent to your phone or another device.

Step 3: Click on the "Next" button

Click on the "Next" button to log in to your Gmail account.

Step 4: Access your inbox

Once you're logged in, you'll be taken to your Gmail inbox. You'll see a list of your email messages, with the most recent messages at the top.

Viewing your messages

To view a specific message, click on the message to open it. You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to search for specific messages.

Message layout

Each message in your inbox will have the following layout:

• From: The sender's email address
• Subject: The subject line of the message
• Date: The date and time the message was sent
• Snippet: A brief summary of the message content
• Attachments: Any attachments sent with the message

Managing your messages

You can manage your messages by using the following options:

• Mark as read/unread: Click on the message to mark it as read or unread.
• Star: Click on the star icon to mark the message as important.
• Reply: Click on the reply icon to respond to the message.
• Forward: Click on the forward icon to forward the message to someone else.
• Delete: Click on the delete icon to delete the message.
• Archive: Click on the archive icon to move the message to your archive folder.
