Step 1: Add a new email account in Outlook 2010

Additional settings
- If you want to use IMAP, you'll need to enable IMAP in your Gmail settings. To do this, go to your Gmail account settings, click on the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab, and select "Enable IMAP".
- If you're using two-factor authentication (2FA) with your Gmail account, you'll need to generate an App Password and use that instead of your regular password in Outlook 2010.
