Gmail outlook 2016 settings
Here are the settings for configuring Gmail and Outlook 2016:
Gmail Settings for Outlook 2016:
- Incoming Mail Server: imap.gmail.com
- Incoming Port: 993
- Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.gmail.com
- Outgoing Port: 587
- Username: Your Gmail address (e.g., [your_email_address]@gmail.com)
- Password: Your Gmail password
- Authentication: Use the same username and password for both incoming and outgoing servers
- SSL/TLS: Enable SSL/TLS for both incoming and outgoing servers

- File > Account Settings > Account Settings
- New > Manual setup or additional server types
