- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): If you have 2FA enabled on your Gmail account, you may need to generate an App Password to use with Outlook.
- Port Numbers: Make sure to use the correct port numbers for your email settings:
- POP3: 995
- IMAP: 993
- SMTP: 587
Troubleshooting Tips:
- If you're having trouble setting up your account, try checking the Gmail and Outlook settings to ensure they match the settings above.
- If you're still having issues, try resetting your password or contacting your email provider's support team for assistance.
- If you're using 2FA, make sure to generate an App Password and use it instead of your regular password.
