Gmail pop settings for outlook
To set up Gmail POP settings in Outlook, you'll need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Enable POP in your Gmail account
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
- Go to the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.
- Select the "Enable POP" option.

- Go to the "File" menu and select "Account Settings" (in Outlook 2013 and later) or "Data Files" (in Outlook 2010 and earlier).
- Select the Gmail account you just set up and click "Change."
- In the "Change Account" window, select the "More Settings" button.
- Go to the "Advanced" tab.
- Under "Delivery," select the "Leave a copy of messages on the server" option.
- Set the "Expunge deleted items" option to "Never" (this will allow you to access deleted emails in Outlook).
- Click "OK" to save the changes.
