To set up Gmail to use POP (Post Office Protocol) to retrieve emails from another email account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Enable POP in your Gmail settings

  2. Look for the "Delete" or "Remove" option for POP emails.
  3. Select the option to delete emails from the server after they're retrieved.
  4. This will ensure that emails are removed from the server once they're downloaded to your email client.
