Gmail Settings:

- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
- Go to the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.
- Select the "Enable POP for all mail" option.
- Choose the "Keep Gmail's copy in the inbox" option.
- Click "Save Changes."
Outlook Express Settings:
- Open Outlook Express.
- Go to "Tools" > "Accounts" > "Add a new account."
- Select "POP3" and click "Next."
- Enter the following settings:
- Account name: Your name (e.g., John Doe)
- Email address: Your Gmail address (e.g., [email protected])
- POP3 server: pop.gmail.com
- Port: 995
- Username: Your Gmail address (e.g., [email protected])
- Password: Your Gmail password
- Click "Next" and then "Finish."
Additional Settings:
- In Outlook Express, go to "Tools" > "Options" > "Mail Services" > "POP3."
- Check the box next to "Leave a copy of messages on the server."
- Set the "Remove from server after" option to "1 day" or a value that suits your needs.
Tips:
- Make sure you have enabled POP3 access in your Gmail account settings.
- If you're using a Gmail account with 2-Step Verification, you'll need to generate an App Password and use that instead of your regular password.
- Keep in mind that using POP3 may not be the most secure way to access your Gmail account, as it sends your password in plain text. If security is a concern, consider using IMAP or another email client that supports more secure protocols.
