Gmail task list share
You want to share a task list from Gmail!
Gmail doesn't have a built-in feature to share a task list, but you can use some workarounds to achieve this:
Method 1: Use Google Tasks
- Create a Google Tasks list and add tasks to it.
- Share the Google Tasks list with others by clicking on the three vertical dots next to the list name and selecting "Share list".
- Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share the list with and set the permission level (e.g., "Editor" or "Viewer").
Method 2: Use Gmail Labels
- Create labels in Gmail to categorize your tasks.
- Use the "Label" feature to add tasks to specific labels.
- Share the labels with others by clicking on the three vertical dots next to the label name and selecting "Share label".
- Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share the label with and set the permission level (e.g., "Editor" or "Viewer").
Method 3: Use a Third-Party Extension
- Install a third-party browser extension like "Task List" or "Gmail Tasks" that allows you to create and share task lists.
- Create a task list using the extension and add tasks to it.
- Share the task list with others by clicking on the "Share" button and entering their email addresses.
Method 4: Use a Note-Taking App
- Use a note-taking app like Evernote, OneNote, or Simplenote to create a task list.
- Share the note with others by sending them a link or by sharing the note with a specific group.
Remember to always check the permissions and settings before sharing your task list with others to ensure that you're comfortable with the level of access they'll have.
