Gmail where can i find archived mail

In Gmail, archived emails are not actually deleted, but rather moved to a separate folder called "All Mail" or "Archived" (depending on your Gmail settings). Here's how to find archived emails in Gmail:

Method 1: Search for archived emails

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the search bar at the top of the page.
  3. Type in:all (without quotes) in the search bar and press Enter.
  4. This will show you all emails in your Gmail account, including archived ones.

Method 2: Check the "All Mail" folder

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "More" menu (three vertical dots) at the top of the page.
  3. Select "All Mail" from the dropdown menu.
  4. This folder contains all emails in your Gmail account, including archived ones.

Method 3: Check the "Archived" label

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Labels" tab on the left side of the page.
  3. Look for the "Archived" label. If you have archived emails, this label will be listed.
  4. Click on the "Archived" label to view all archived emails.

Note: If you're using Gmail's "Priority Inbox" feature, archived emails may be hidden from view. To see archived emails in Priority Inbox, click on the "More" menu and select "All Mail" or "Archived" from the dropdown menu.

I hope this helps you find your archived emails in Gmail!
