Go to file options mail stationery and fonts
Here are the steps to get to the "File" > "Options" > "Mail" > "Stationery and Fonts" in Microsoft Outlook:
- Open Microsoft Outlook.
- Click on the "File" tab in the top left corner of the screen.
- Click on "Options" from the drop-down menu.
- In the Outlook Options window, click on the "Mail" tab on the left side of the window.

- Newsgroup fonts: Select the font, font size, and font color for newsgroup posts.
