Google apps admin view user email
As a Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) administrator, you can view user email addresses in the Admin console. Here's how:
Method 1: View user email addresses in the Admin console
- Sign in to the Google Admin console with your administrator account.
- Click on the "Users" tab.
- Click on the "User list" button.
- You will see a list of all users in your organization, including their email addresses.
Method 2: View user email addresses in the Directory
- Sign in to the Google Admin console with your administrator account.
- Click on the "Directory" tab.
- Click on the "Users" tab.
- Click on the "Email" column header to sort the list by email address.
- You can also use the search bar to find a specific user's email address.
Method 3: View user email addresses in the Users & groups page
- Sign in to the Google Admin console with your administrator account.
- Click on the "Users & groups" tab.
- Click on the "Users" tab.
- You will see a list of all users in your organization, including their email addresses.
Tips:
