You're looking for the French version of Google Mail, also known as Gmail!

You can also access it by going to the Google homepage in French (www.google.fr) and clicking on the "Gmail" button.

Note that you can switch between languages by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner of the Gmail page and selecting "Paramètres" (Settings) > "Langue" (Language).
