Google mail select all
A simple but useful question!
To select all emails in Gmail, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Inbox" tab to view your emails.
- Press the "Ctrl+A" keys on your keyboard (or "Command+A" on a Mac). This will select all emails in your inbox.
Alternatively, you can also use the following methods:
- Right-click on the first email in your inbox and select "Select all conversations in the current label" (or "Select all conversations in the current search" if you have a search filter applied).
- Click on the "Select all" checkbox at the top of the email list, just above the first email.
Once you've selected all emails, you can perform actions such as:
- Deleting them: Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu and select "Delete" (or press the "Delete" key on your keyboard).
- Marking them as read: Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu and select "Mark as read" (or press the "R" key on your keyboard).
- Archiving them: Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu and select "Archive" (or press the "E" key on your keyboard).
I hope that helps!
