Have not received tracking number royal mail first class

Frustrating!

If you haven't received a tracking number for your Royal Mail First Class item, there are a few things you can do:

  1. Check your email: Double-check your email inbox and spam folder for an email from Royal Mail with the tracking number. It's possible that the email was sent to your spam folder or got lost in your inbox.
  2. Contact Royal Mail: Reach out to Royal Mail's customer service team via their website or phone number (03457 740 740). Provide them with your item's reference number or the sender's name and address, and ask them to resend the tracking number or provide an update on the status of your item.
  3. Check your online account: If you have a Royal Mail online account, log in and check if the tracking number is available. You can also check the status of your item and see if it's been scanned or updated.
  4. Wait a bit longer: It's possible that the tracking number is still being processed or hasn't been generated yet. Give it a few more days and try checking again.
  5. Contact the sender: If you're still having trouble getting the tracking number, reach out to the sender and ask them to provide it to you. They may have received it and can share it with you.

Remember to keep an eye on your item's status and tracking number, as it will help you stay updated on its journey and resolve any issues that may arise.
