Online:

  1. Go to the USPS website (www.usps.com).

By Phone:

  1. Call the USPS Customer Service number at 1-800-275-8777.

In Person:

  1. Visit your local post office.
  2. Let the postal clerk know you'd like to hold your mail and provide your mailing address and the dates you'd like to hold your mail.
