Hotmail's pop3 server

Hotmail's POP3 server is pop3.live.com. However, please note that Hotmail has been rebranded as Outlook.com, and the POP3 server may have changed.

Here are the current POP3 settings for Outlook.com:

• Server: pop3.outlook.com
• Port: 995 (SSL/TLS)
• Username: Your Outlook.com email address
• Password: Your Outlook.com email password

You can also use the following settings for Outlook.com:

• Server: imap.outlook.com
• Port: 993 (SSL/TLS)
• Username: Your Outlook.com email address
• Password: Your Outlook.com email password

To set up your email client to use these settings, follow these steps:

1. Open your email client and go to the settings or preferences menu.
2. Look for the "Accounts" or "Email" section and click on it.
3. Click on "Add" or "New" to add a new email account.
4. Select "POP3" or "IMAP" as the account type.
5. Enter your Outlook.com email address and password.
6. Enter the server settings: pop3.outlook.com or imap.outlook.com, and the port numbers (995 or 993).
7. Click "Next" or "Finish" to complete the setup.

Note: If you're having trouble setting up your email client, you can try using the Outlook.com web interface to check your email and see if there are any issues with your account.
