To access your Hotmail inbox and view the first 20 emails, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Hotmail website (www.hotmail.com) and sign in with your email address and password.
2. Once you're logged in, click on the "Inbox" tab at the top of the page.
3. You'll see a list of your emails. The first 20 emails will be displayed by default.
4. You can scroll down to view more emails or use the search function to find specific emails.
