How can i delete mail from gmail

There are several ways to delete emails from your Gmail account:

Method 1: Delete individual emails

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Open the email you want to delete.
  3. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email.
  4. Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.

Method 2: Delete multiple emails at once

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Select the emails you want to delete by checking the boxes next to them.
  3. Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu at the top of the page.
  4. Select "Delete" from the menu.

Method 3: Use the "Select all" feature

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.

Method 4: Use keyboard shortcut

  3. Press the "d" key to delete the selected emails.

Method 5: Use the Gmail search bar

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Type "is:unread" or "is:starred" in the search bar to find all unread or starred emails.

Note: When you delete an email, it will be moved to the "Trash" folder. If you want to permanently delete the email, you'll need to empty the Trash folder. To do this, go to the Trash folder, select all emails, and click on the "Empty Trash" button.
