How can i send mail directly from outlook to onenote

There isn't a built-in feature in Outlook to send an email directly to OneNote. However, you can use a workaround to achieve this:

Method 1: Using the "Print" feature

  1. Open the email you want to send to OneNote in Outlook.
  2. Click on the "Print" button in the top right corner of the Outlook window.
  3. In the "Print" dialog box, select "Save as PDF" as the printer.
  4. Choose a location to save the PDF file, and then click "Save".
  5. Open OneNote and create a new note or select an existing one.
  6. Click on the "Insert" tab in the OneNote ribbon.
  7. Click on "File" > "Print" > "PDF" and select the PDF file you just saved.
  8. The email content will be inserted into your OneNote note.

Method 2: Using the "Send to" feature

  1. Open the email you want to send to OneNote in Outlook.
  2. Right-click on the email and select "Send to" > "OneNote" (if you have OneNote installed on your system).
  3. If you don't see "OneNote" in the "Send to" menu, you can add it by following these steps:
    • Go to the "File" menu in Outlook and select "Options".
    • Click on "Add-ins" and then click on "Manage".
    • In the "Add-ins" dialog box, select "COM Add-ins" and click "Go".
    • Check the box next to "OneNote" and click "OK".
    • Restart Outlook and try the "Send to" feature again.

Method 3: Using a third-party add-in
