To block an email address in Windows Mail, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Windows Mail: You can find Windows Mail in the Start menu or by searching for it in the search bar.
  2. Click on the "Settings" icon: It looks like a gear icon and is usually located in the top right corner of the window.
  3. Click on "View settings": This will open the "View settings" window.
  4. Click on the "Junk email" tab: This tab is where you can manage your junk email settings, including blocking email addresses.
  5. Click on "Blocked senders": This will open a list of email addresses that you have blocked.
  6. Click on "Add": This will open a window where you can enter the email address you want to block.
  7. Enter the email address: Type in the email address you want to block, and then click "OK".
  8. Click "OK" again: This will save your changes and close the "View settings" window.

Alternatively, you can also block an email address by right-clicking on an email message from the sender you want to block, and then selecting "Junk" > "Block this sender".

Note: Blocking an email address in Windows Mail will not delete any emails that have already been received from that address. It will only prevent future emails from that address from being delivered to your inbox.
