To delete your Proton Mail account, you'll need to follow these steps:

Important: Before deleting your account, make sure you've exported any important emails, contacts, and settings you want to keep. You can do this by going to Settings > Export Data.

Method 1: Delete account through Proton Mail website

1. Log in to your Proton Mail account on the website.
2. Click on your profile picture or username in the top right corner, then select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
