How do i download yahoo basic mail

I think there may be some confusion here!

Yahoo no longer offers a "Basic Mail" service. In fact, Yahoo Mail has undergone several changes and updates over the years, and the free version of Yahoo Mail is now known as Yahoo Mail Classic.
