How do i see my junk mail in chrome gmail

By default, Gmail filters out promotional emails, including junk mail, into a separate tab called "Promotions" in your inbox. Here's how to access your junk mail in Chrome Gmail:

  1. Log in to your Gmail account in Chrome.
  2. Click on the "Promotions" tab at the top of the page. This tab is usually located next to the "Inbox" tab.
  3. In the "Promotions" tab, you'll see a list of emails that Gmail has flagged as promotional or spammy.
  4. You can scroll through the list to find specific junk mail emails.
  5. To mark an email as not junk, click on the three vertical dots next to the email subject and select "Not spam".
  6. To report an email as spam, click on the three vertical dots next to the email subject and select "Report spam".

Alternatively, you can also use the search bar at the top of the page to search for specific keywords or phrases in your junk mail. For example, you can search for "junk mail" or "spam" to find relevant emails.

Note that you can also customize your Gmail settings to change how promotional emails are handled. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page.
  2. Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  4. Under "Filtering", select "Apply the "Never send it to Spam" filter to matching messages".
  5. Click "Save Changes" to save your changes.

By doing this, you can ensure that specific emails or senders are not marked as spam or junk mail in the future.
