To share an Outlook mailing group, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Share the Group with Specific Users

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Groups" folder in your mailbox.
  2. Right-click on the mailing group you want to share and select "Properties".
  3. In the "Group Properties" window, click on the "Members" tab.
  4. Click on the "Add" button to add new members to the group.
  5. Enter the email addresses of the users you want to add to the group, and click "OK".
  6. Repeat the process to add more users as needed.

Method 2: Share the Group with a Distribution List

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Contacts" folder in your mailbox.
  2. Right-click on the "Distribution Lists" folder and select "New Contact".
  3. Enter a name for the distribution list and click "OK".
  4. In the "Distribution List" window, click on the "Members" tab.
