How do u know mail is sent in gmail

In Gmail, there are several ways to know when an email has been sent:

  1. Send confirmation: When you click the "Send" button, Gmail will display a confirmation message at the top of the compose window, saying "Message sent" or "Message delivered" (depending on the email client and network conditions).
  2. Email status: In the "Sent" folder, you can see the status of each email, such as "Delivered", "Failed", or "Undelivered". This information is updated in real-time, so you can check the status of your sent emails.
  3. Notification: Gmail can send you notifications when an email is sent. You can enable notifications in your Gmail settings by going to Settings > General > Notifications > "Send and receive notifications".
  4. Email client: If you're using a third-party email client like Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird, you may receive a notification from the client when an email is sent.
  5. Gmail's "Sent" folder: You can also check the "Sent" folder in your Gmail account to see a list of all the emails you've sent. The folder is updated in real-time, so you can see when an email has been sent.

Note that the delivery status of an email may not always be immediate, as it depends on various factors such as the recipient's email server, internet connection, and spam filters.
