To get your HDFC Bank statement on your email, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Through NetBanking

  1. Log in to your HDFC Bank NetBanking account using your username and password.
  2. Click on the "Account Services" tab.
  3. Select "Statement" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Choose the account type (Savings, Current, or Credit Card) and the statement period.
  5. Click on "Generate Statement" and select "Email" as the delivery option.
  6. Enter your email ID and confirm it.
  7. Click on "Submit" to receive your statement on your registered email ID.

Method 2: Through Mobile Banking

  1. Download and install the HDFC Bank Mobile Banking app on your smartphone.
  2. Log in to the app using your username and password.
  3. Tap on the "Accounts" tab.
  4. Select the account type (Savings, Current, or Credit Card) and the statement period.
  5. Tap on "Generate Statement" and select "Email" as the delivery option.
  6. Enter your email ID and confirm it.
  7. Tap on "Submit" to receive your statement on your registered email ID.

Method 3: Through SMS

  1. Send an SMS to 5676712 with the following format: "STATEMENT "
    • Example: "STATEMENT 1234567890 2022-02-01-2022-02-28"
  2. You will receive a confirmation SMS with a link to download your statement.
  3. Click on the link to download your statement and save it to your email.

Method 4: Through Branch or ATM

  1. Visit your nearest HDFC Bank branch or ATM.
  2. Ask the bank representative to generate a statement for you.
  3. Provide your account number and statement period.
  4. The representative will email the statement to your registered email ID.

Note: Make sure your email ID is registered with HDFC Bank and you have a valid username and password to access your NetBanking or Mobile Banking account.
