How long can you retrieve junk mail from hotmail

I think there may be some confusion here!

Hotmail is an email service, not a physical mailbox where you can retrieve junk mail. Junk mail is typically sent to your physical mailbox or email inbox, not a specific online service like Hotmail.

If you're referring to the amount of time you can keep your email inbox organized, Hotmail (now Outlook.com) allows you to keep your emails for a certain period of time before they are automatically deleted. This period is called the "inbox retention period."

The inbox retention period for Hotmail/Outlook.com is 3 months for free accounts. This means that if you don't log in to your account or take any action on an email within 3 months, it will be automatically deleted.

However, if you have a paid account (Outlook.com Premium or Office 365), you can keep your emails for a longer period of time. The retention period for paid accounts is 1 year.

It's worth noting that even if you have a paid account, you can still set up filters or rules to automatically delete or archive emails that you don't want to keep.
