The cost to mail an item depends on its weight, size, and destination. Here are the current rates for the United States Postal Service (USPS):

- Large Envelopes (up to 1 oz): $0.55
- Flats (up to 13 oz): $1.00
- Flats (over 13 oz): $1.20 per additional ounce
