To access archived emails in Apple Mail, follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "All Mailboxes" view
- Open Apple Mail on your Mac.
- Click on the "Mailbox" menu at the top of the screen and select "All Mailboxes" from the drop-down menu.
- This will show you a list of all your mailboxes, including the "Archive" mailbox.
- Click on the "Archive" mailbox to view the archived emails.
Method 2: Using the "Archive" mailbox
- Open Apple Mail on your Mac.
- Click on the "Mailbox" menu at the top of the screen and select "Archive" from the drop-down menu.
- This will take you directly to the "Archive" mailbox, where you can view the archived emails.
