How to access gmail archive mail

In Gmail, archived emails are not deleted, but they are moved out of your inbox and are no longer visible by default. To access archived emails in Gmail, follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the Gmail search bar

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the search bar at the top of the page.
  3. Type in:archive in the search bar and press Enter.
  4. This will show you all the archived emails in your account.

Method 2: Using the Gmail labels

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Labels" tab on the left side of the page.
  3. Click on the "Archive" label.
  4. This will show you all the emails that have been archived.

Method 3: Using the Gmail filters

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab on the left side of the page.
  3. Click on the "Create a new filter" button.
  4. In the "From" field, enter @ (this will match all emails).
  5. Click on the "Create filter" button.
  6. In the "Apply the label" dropdown menu, select "Archive".
  7. Click on the "Create" button.
  8. This will archive all emails in your account.

Method 4: Using the Gmail settings

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Click on "See all settings".
  4. Click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  5. Click on the "Create a new filter" button.
  6. In the "From" field, enter @ (this will match all emails).
  7. Click on the "Create filter" button.
  8. In the "Apply the label" dropdown menu, select "Archive".
  9. Click on the "Create" button.
  10. This will archive all emails in your account.

Once you've accessed your archived emails, you can restore them to your inbox by clicking on the "Move to Inbox" button.
