How to access mail settings windows
To access mail settings in Windows, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the Control Panel
- Press the Windows key + X and select Control Panel from the menu.
- In the Control Panel, click on "Mail" (or "Mail (Microsoft Outlook)" in Windows 10).
- Click on "Show Profiles" and select the profile you want to configure.
- Click on "Properties" to access the mail settings.
Method 2: Using the Mail app
- Click on the Start button and type "Mail" in the search bar.
- Click on the "Mail" app to open it.
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the window.
- Select "Options" from the dropdown menu.
- Click on "Account settings" to access the mail settings.
Method 3: Using the Windows Search
- Press the Windows key + S to open the Windows Search bar.
