How to add a mail id to kvb bank account
To add a mail ID to your KVB (Karur Vysya Bank) account, you can follow these steps:
Online Banking:
- Log in to your KVB online banking account using your username and password.
- Click on the "Profile" or "My Profile" tab.
- Click on "Email ID" or "Contact Information" and then click on "Add Email ID".
- Enter your new email ID and confirm it by re-entering it.
- Click on "Submit" to add the email ID.
Mobile Banking:
- Download and install the KVB Mobile Banking app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Log in to your KVB mobile banking account using your username and password.
- Tap on the "Profile" or "My Profile" tab.
- Tap on "Email ID" or "Contact Information" and then tap on "Add Email ID".
- Enter your new email ID and confirm it by re-entering it.
- Tap on "Submit" to add the email ID.
Branch Visit:
- Visit your nearest KVB branch with your account number and a valid ID proof.
- Inform the bank staff that you want to add an email ID to your account.
- Fill out the necessary form (available at the branch) with your new email ID and other required details.
- Submit the form and the required documents to the bank staff.
- The bank staff will verify the details and add the email ID to your account.
Note:
- You can add only one primary email ID and one secondary email ID to your KVB account.
- The email ID should be unique and not already registered with any other KVB account.
- You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number to verify the email ID addition process.
- After adding the email ID, you will receive all your account-related notifications and statements on your registered email ID.
