How to add a mail id to kvb bank account

To add a mail ID to your KVB (Karur Vysya Bank) account, you can follow these steps:

Online Banking:

1. Log in to your KVB online banking account using your username and password.
2. Click on the "Profile" or "My Profile" tab.
3. Click on "Email ID" or "Contact Information" and then click on "Add Email ID".
4. Enter your new email ID and confirm it by re-entering it.
5. Click on "Submit" to add the email ID.

Mobile Banking:

1. Download and install the KVB Mobile Banking app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Log in to your KVB mobile banking account using your username and password.
3. Tap on the "Profile" or "My Profile" tab.
4. Tap on "Email ID" or "Contact Information" and then tap on "Add Email ID".
5. Enter your new email ID and confirm it by re-entering it.
6. Tap on "Submit" to add the email ID.

Branch Visit:

1. Visit your nearest KVB branch with your account number and a valid ID proof.
2. Inform the bank staff that you want to add an email ID to your account.
3. Fill out the necessary form (available at the branch) with your new email ID and other required details.
4. Submit the form and the required documents to the bank staff.
5. The bank staff will verify the details and add the email ID to your account.

Note:

• You can add only one primary email ID and one secondary email ID to your KVB account.
• The email ID should be unique and not already registered with any other KVB account.
• You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number to verify the email ID addition process.
• After adding the email ID, you will receive all your account-related notifications and statements on your registered email ID.
