How to add a picture into aconex mail
AConex is a construction project management platform, and adding a picture to an email within AConex is a bit different from adding an attachment to a regular email. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you add a picture to an AConex email:
Method 1: Using the "Insert Media" button
- Compose a new email or reply to an existing one in AConex.
- Click on the "Insert Media" button located in the toolbar above the email body.
- Select "Image" from the dropdown menu.
- Browse to the location of the picture you want to add and select it.
- You can resize the image by dragging the corners or using the "Size" options.
- Click "Insert" to add the image to the email body.
Method 2: Dragging and dropping the image
- Compose a new email or reply to an existing one in AConex.
- Drag the picture from your computer or device to the email body.
- Drop the image where you want it to appear in the email.
- You can resize the image by dragging the corners or using the "Size" options.
Tips:
- Make sure the picture is in a supported format, such as JPEG, PNG, or GIF.
- The maximum file size for attachments in AConex is 10 MB.
- If you're having trouble adding a picture, check that your browser is up to date and that you have the necessary permissions to upload files.
- You can also use AConex's built-in image editing tools to crop, resize, or adjust the image before adding it to the email.
