Important Notes

• You can add up to 5 safe places to your account.
• Make sure to update your safe place if you move or change your address.
• If you're expecting a package and it's not left at the safe place, it may be because the delivery driver was unable to access the location or because the package was too large or heavy to be left at the safe place.
• Royal Mail may not be able to leave packages at a safe place if it's not a secure location or if there are concerns about the package's safety.
