How to add a signature apple mail

To add a signature to Apple Mail on your Mac or iOS device, follow these steps:

Mac:

  1. Open Apple Mail on your Mac.
  2. Click on "Mail" in the top menu bar and select "Preferences."
  3. Click on the "Signatures" tab.
  4. Click the "+" button at the bottom left corner of the window to create a new signature.
  5. Type your signature in the text field. You can format the text using the tools available in the toolbar, such as bold, italic, and font size.
  6. Click "OK" to save the signature.
  7. To add the signature to your outgoing emails, select the signature you just created from the "Signature" dropdown menu at the bottom of the window.

iOS:
