How to add iitd mail
IITD Mail!
To add an IITD mail account, you'll need to follow these steps:
Method 1: Using Outlook Web App
- Go to the IITD Mail website: mail.iitd.ac.in
- Click on "Sign in" and enter your IITD username (in the format
[email protected]
) and password. - Click on the gear icon () in the top right corner and select "Settings".
- Click on "Accounts" and then "Add account".
- Select "Manual setup or additional server types" and click "Next".
- Select "POP or IMAP" and click "Next".
- Enter the following settings:
- Account type: IMAP
- Incoming mail server: imap.gmail.com
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.gmail.com
- Username: your IITD username (e.g.,
[email protected]
) - Password: your IITD password
- Click "Next" and then "Finish".
Method 2: Using Microsoft Outlook
- Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
- Click on "File" and then "Add Account".
- Select "Manual setup or additional server types" and click "Next".
- Select "POP or IMAP" and click "Next".
- Enter the following settings:
- Account type: IMAP
- Incoming mail server: imap.gmail.com
