How to add mail id on white list in outlook

To add an email address to the safe senders list (also known as the whitelist) in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Outlook 2016 and later:

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab.
  2. Click on the "Junk Email" button in the "Move" group.
  3. Select "Junk Email Options" from the dropdown menu.
  4. In the "Junk Email Options" window, click on the "Safe Senders" tab.
  5. Click on "Add" and enter the email address you want to add to the safe senders list.
  6. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Outlook 2013 and earlier:

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab.
  2. Click on the "Junk Email" button in the "Move" group.
  3. Select "Junk Email Options" from the dropdown menu.
  4. In the "Junk Email Options" window, click on the "Safe Senders" tab.
  5. Click on "Add" and enter the email address you want to add to the safe senders list.

  2. Click on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear) in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select "View all Outlook settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to the "Mail" section and click on "Junk email".
  5. Click on "Safe senders" and enter the email address you want to add to the safe senders list.
  6. Click "Save" to save the changes.

Once you've added an email address to your safe senders list, emails from that address will no longer be marked as junk or spam.
