How to add mail id to kotak bank account
To add a mail ID to your Kotak Bank account, you can follow these steps:
Online Method:
- Log in to your Kotak Bank online banking account using your username and password.
- Click on the "Profile" or "My Account" tab.
- Scroll down to the "Email ID" section and click on "Add/Update Email ID".
- Enter your new email ID and confirm it by re-entering it in the "Confirm Email ID" field.
- Click on "Submit" to add the email ID to your account.
Mobile Banking App:
- Open the Kotak Bank mobile banking app on your smartphone.
- Log in to your account using your username and password.
- Tap on the "Profile" or "My Account" icon.
- Scroll down to the "Email ID" section and tap on "Add/Update Email ID".
- Enter your new email ID and confirm it by re-entering it in the "Confirm Email ID" field.
- Tap on "Submit" to add the email ID to your account.
Branch Visit:
- Visit your nearest Kotak Bank branch with a valid ID proof and a copy of your email ID.
- Inform the bank representative that you want to add an email ID to your account.
- Fill out the necessary form and submit it along with the required documents.
- The bank representative will verify the details and add the email ID to your account.
Note:
- You can add only one primary email ID to your Kotak Bank account.
- The email ID should be unique and not already registered with any other Kotak Bank account.
