How to add multiple accounts to mail app

To add multiple accounts to the Mail app on your device, follow these steps:

For iOS devices (iPhone/iPad):

1. Open the Mail app.
2. Tap on the "Accounts" button in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Tap on "Add Account" at the bottom of the screen.
4. Select the type of account you want to add (e.g. iCloud, Exchange, Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
5. Enter your account credentials (username and password) and tap "Next".
6. If prompted, enter additional account settings (e.g. server settings, username, password, etc.).
7. Tap "Save" to save the account settings.
8. Repeat steps 4-7 for each additional account you want to add.

For Android devices:

1. Open the Mail app.
2. Tap on the three vertical dots or the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Tap on "Settings" or "Accounts".
4. Tap on "Add account" or "Add new account".
5. Select the type of account you want to add (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.).
6. Enter your account credentials (username and password) and tap "Next".
