How to add multiple email accounts to apple mail
To add multiple email accounts to Apple Mail on your Mac or iOS device, follow these steps:
On a Mac:
- Open Apple Mail by clicking on the Mail icon in the Dock or by searching for it in Spotlight.
- Click on "Mail" in the top menu bar and select "Preferences" (or press Command + comma).
- Click on the "Accounts" tab.
- Click the "+" button at the bottom left corner of the window.
- Select "Add Other Mail Account" and click "Continue".
- Enter your email address and password for the first account.
- Click "Next" and then "Create".
- Repeat steps 4-7 for each additional email account you want to add.
- Once you've added all your accounts, you can switch between them by clicking on the account name in the top menu bar.
On an iOS device:
- Open the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap on the "Mailboxes" tab at the bottom of the screen.

Tips:
- You can also add email accounts using the "Settings" app on your iOS device. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.
