How to add office mail in google inbox

To add your Office 365 email account to Google Inbox, you'll need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Enable IMAP in Office 365

  1. Log in to your Office 365 account.
  2. Go to the "Settings" icon (looks like a gear) and click on it.
  3. Click on "View all Outlook settings" (or "Outlook settings" if you're using Outlook 2016 or later).
  4. Click on "Mail" and then "Account".

  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select "Settings".
  3. Click on "Accounts" and then "Add account".
  4. Select "Other" and then "IMAP" as the account type.
  5. Enter the following information:
    • Email address: Your Office 365 email address (e.g., [yourname]@outlook.com).
    • Username: Your Office 365 email address (e.g., [yourname]@outlook.com).
    • Password: The app password you created in Step 2.
    • IMAP server: outlook.office365.com.
    • Port: 993.
    • SSL/TLS: Enable.
  6. Click "Add account" to complete the setup.

Step 4: Verify your account

  1. Google Inbox will send a verification email to your Office 365 email address.
  2. Open the verification email and click on the verification link to confirm your account.

That's it! Your Office 365 email account should now be added to Google Inbox. You can access your Office 365 emails, contacts, and calendar events from within Google Inbox.
