- Sync frequency: Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > [Your Outlook Account] > Fetch New Data to set the frequency at which your iPhone checks for new emails.
- Calendar and contacts: If you want to sync your Outlook calendar and contacts with your iPhone, go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > [Your Outlook Account] > Account Options and toggle on "Calendar" and/or "Contacts".
That's it! Your Outlook email account should now be set up on your iPhone.
