How to add recipient to group mail in google mail
To add a recipient to a group mail in Google Mail (Gmail), you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "To" field
- Compose a new email by clicking on the "Compose" button.
- In the "To" field, start typing the name or email address of the recipient you want to add to the group.
- As you type, Gmail will suggest matching contacts. Select the contact you want to add to the group.
- Continue typing the names or email addresses of the other recipients you want to add to the group.
- Separate each recipient with a comma (,) or a semicolon (;).
- Click on the "Send" button to send the email to the group.
Method 2: Using the "CC" field
- Compose a new email by clicking on the "Compose" button.
- In the "CC" field, start typing the name or email address of the recipient you want to add to the group.
- As you type, Gmail will suggest matching contacts. Select the contact you want to add to the group.
- Continue typing the names or email addresses of the other recipients you want to add to the group.
- Separate each recipient with a comma (,) or a semicolon (;).
- Click on the "Send" button to send the email to the group.
Method 3: Using a group email address
- Create a group email address in your Gmail settings. To do this, go to the Gmail settings (gear icon) > See all settings > Accounts and Import > Send mail as.

Tips:
