How to add signature in hotmail 2012
A blast from the past! Hotmail 2012 is an older version of the email service, but I'll guide you through the process of adding a signature to your Hotmail account.
Method 1: Using the Hotmail Web Interface
- Log in to your Hotmail account.
- Click on the gear icon () in the top right corner of the page.
- Select "More Mail Settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the "Compose" section.
- Click on "Signature" and then click on "Edit".
- In the "Signature" field, type in your desired signature text.
- You can also add HTML code to your signature by clicking on the "Rich Text" button.
- Click "Save" to save your changes.
Method 2: Using the Hotmail Mobile App
- Open the Hotmail mobile app on your device.
- Tap on the three horizontal lines () in the top left corner of the screen.
- Tap on "Settings" from the menu.
- Scroll down to the "Compose" section.
- Tap on "Signature" and then tap on "Edit".
- Type in your desired signature text.
- Tap "Save" to save your changes.
Tips:
- You can use plain text or HTML code in your signature.
- You can also add images, links, and other formatting to your signature using the Rich Text editor.
- If you're using the Hotmail mobile app, you may need to restart the app after adding a new signature for it to take effect.
