How to add signature in live mail
To add a signature in Live Mail, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Add a signature to individual emails
- Compose a new email or open an existing one.
- Click on the "Insert" tab in the ribbon at the top of the window.
- Click on "Signature" from the drop-down menu.
- In the "Signature" dialog box, type in your signature text in the "Text" box.
- You can also add formatting, such as font styles, sizes, and colors, using the tools available in the "Format" tab.
- Click "OK" to save your signature.
Method 2: Add a signature to your Live Mail account
- Open Live Mail and go to the "File" menu.
- Click on "Options" and then select "Mail" from the left-hand menu.
- Scroll down to the "Compose" section and click on the "Signatures" button.
- In the "Signatures" dialog box, click on the "New" button to create a new signature.
- Type in your signature text in the "Text" box.
- You can also add formatting, such as font styles, sizes, and colors, using the tools available in the "Format" tab.
- Click "OK" to save your signature.
- To use your new signature, go to the "Compose" window and click on the "Signature" dropdown menu. Your new signature should be listed as an option.
Tips:
