How to add signature in mail app
Adding a signature to your emails in the Mail app on your device depends on the type of device and operating system you're using. Here are the steps for popular devices:
iPhone/iPad (iOS):
- Open the Mail app and go to the "Settings" icon (looks like a gear) in the top right corner.
- Tap on "Signature" and then tap on "Add Signature".
- Type in your signature in the text field.
