- You can also format your signature using the available options, such as font, size, and color.
- Click "OK" to save your signature.
Method 2: Add a signature through the "Options" menu
- Open Windows Live Mail 2011 and click on the "Options" button in the top-right corner of the window.
- In the "Options" window, click on the "Compose" tab.
- Scroll down to the "Signature" section and click on the "Signature" button.
- In the "Signature" dialog box, type or paste your signature text.
- You can also format your signature using the available options, such as font, size, and color.
- Click "OK" to save your signature.
Tips:
- To add an image to your signature, you can insert it using the "Insert" menu or by dragging and dropping it into the signature box.
- You can also use HTML code to format your signature, but be careful not to use too much code, as it may cause formatting issues.
- If you want to use a different signature for each email account, you'll need to repeat the process for each account.
That's it! Your signature should now be added to your Windows Live Mail 2011 emails.
