How to add your photo in outlook mail
To add a photo to your Outlook email signature or profile picture, follow these steps:
Method 1: Add a Photo to Your Outlook Profile Picture
- Open Outlook and click on the "File" menu.
- Click on "Options" and then select "Mail" from the left-hand menu.
- Click on the "Signatures" button.
- Click on the "Picture" button next to "Edit signature".
- Select "From file" and browse to the location of your photo.
- Select the photo and click "Open".

Method 2: Add a Photo to Your Outlook Email Signature

- Make sure the photo is in a supported format, such as JPEG, PNG, or GIF.
- The maximum file size for a photo in Outlook is 100 KB.
