How to add your photo in outlook mail

To add a photo to your Outlook email signature or profile picture, follow these steps:

Method 1: Add a Photo to Your Outlook Profile Picture

  1. Open Outlook and click on the "File" menu.
  2. Click on "Options" and then select "Mail" from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click on the "Signatures" button.
  4. Click on the "Picture" button next to "Edit signature".
  5. Select "From file" and browse to the location of your photo.
  6. Select the photo and click "Open".
  7. The photo will be added to your profile picture.

Method 2: Add a Photo to Your Outlook Email Signature
