How to add zoho email to apple mail

To add a Zoho email account to Apple Mail on your Mac or iOS device, follow these steps:

Method 1: Using IMAP

1. Open Apple Mail on your Mac or iOS device.
2. Go to Mail > Preferences (on Mac) or Settings > Mail (on iOS).
3. Click on Accounts (on Mac) or Accounts & Passwords (on iOS).
4. Click on the + button to add a new account.
5. Select Other Mail Account (on Mac) or Other (on iOS).
6. Enter your Zoho email address and password.
7. Select IMAP as the account type.
8. Enter the following IMAP settings:
   • Incoming Mail Server: imap.zoho.com
   • Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.zoho.com
   • Username: your Zoho email address
   • Password: your Zoho email password
9. Click Create to save the account.

Method 2: Using POP

Additional Settings

• Make sure to enable SSL/TLS encryption for both incoming and outgoing servers.
• You may need to configure the port numbers for IMAP and POP. For IMAP, use port 993 and for POP, use port 995.
• If you're using two-factor authentication (2FA) with your Zoho account, you may need to generate an app password and use that instead of your regular password.

After setting up your Zoho email account in Apple Mail, you should be able to send and receive emails using your Zoho account.
