How to allow junk mail in outlook

The eternal struggle with junk mail!

In Outlook, you can allow junk mail by adding specific senders or domains to your Safe Senders list. Here's how:

Method 1: Add a sender to the Safe Senders list

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
  2. Click on the "Junk" button in the "Move" group.
  3. Select "Junk E-mail" > "Junk E-mail Options".
  4. In the "Junk E-mail Options" window, click on the "Safe Senders" tab.
  5. Click "Add" and enter the email address of the sender you want to allow.
  6. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Method 2: Add a domain to the Safe Senders list

  5. Click "Add" and enter the domain name (e.g., @example.com) of the sender you want to allow.
  6. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Method 3: Allow a specific email address or domain in the Junk Mail filter

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
  2. Click on the "Junk" button in the "Move" group.
  3. Select "Junk E-mail" > "Junk E-mail Options".
  4. In the "Junk E-mail Options" window, click on the "Filters" tab.
  5. Click "Add" and select "Sender domain" or "Sender email address".
  6. Enter the email address or domain name you want to allow.
  7. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Once you've added the sender, domain, or email address to your Safe Senders list, Outlook will no longer move emails from those senders to the Junk Mail folder.

Remember to always be cautious when adding senders to your Safe Senders list, as this can potentially allow spam emails to reach your inbox.
